Mr. Zhang Guobiao is the Chairman of Forchn Holdings Group and SGX mainboard-listed EC World REIT.
Chairman Zhang established Forchn Holdings in Pudong, Shanghai in 1992. After over 25 years of hard work, he has transformed the company from its humble trade beginnings in building materials, and since diversified its portfolio to include e-commerce logistics services and warehousing, e-commerce real estate, health & wellness, manufacturing and financial services. Chairman Zhang is also the Executive Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. He also received the Award of Excellence by the Third Global Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Convention in 2015 and the Zhejiang Merchant of the Year for 2014. Chairman Zhang completed both the “Global CEO Program for China” jointly organised by Harvard Business School, China Europe International Business School and IESE Business School and the “China CEO Program” organised by Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Zhang Xincheng is Executive Director cum Chief Financial Officer of Forchn Holdings and Chairman of Forchn International.
Mr. Zhang graduated from Fudan University Masters of Insurance in 2012. From 2012 to 2013, he was the Investment Manager for Fosun Capital, responsible for investment research, selection, due diligence and post-investment management of projects. Since November 2013, he was appointed as Executive Director of Forchn Holdings. Mr. Zhang was also leading the listing of EC World REIT on Singapore Exchange in 2016. Apart from being responsible for capital market activities at Forchn Holdings, he is also overseeing fundraising and IPO preparations for the other onshore entities such as Zhang Xiao Quan and Ruyicang E-commerce services company.
Mr. Zhang is also currently doing his Executive MBA program at Fudan University.

Mr. Wang Ren is the Group Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Forchn Holdings. Before joining Forchn, Mr. Wang served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investment Bank of China Minsheng Financial Holding.
As the President of Asia at Jefferies, Mr. Wang helped Jefferies establish its Asia investment banking and capital markets business. Prior to joining Jefferies, Mr. Wang was the Head of Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank in Hong Kong. During his over 20 years of banking career, through leading a number of landmark transactions for companies across various sectors, Mr. Wang gained significant experience in the area of M&A, capital raising, and strategic investments, and built extensive relationships with industry leaders and regulators across Asia. Mr. Wang started his banking career with Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup) in 1999, and worked as a consultant in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture)’s Beijing office from 1995 to 1997.
Mr. Wang graduated from Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management majored in Management Information Systems, and obtained an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management. He now serves on the Asia Executive Board of MIT Sloan and is a Special Advisor to the Chairman of Tsinghua University Education Foundation.

Mr. He joined Forchn International (Hong Kong) as Executive Director for Investment with over 10 years experiences in Investment and Real Estate. Prior to joining Forchn, he served as Director of Investment Banking in China Minsheng Financial Holdings. As Head of Investor Relations, Mr. He was in charge of the investor relations functions of China Jinmao Holdings (HKEx:0817). Before joining Jinmao, He also worked as Research Analyst for Jefferies and China Everbright Securities for several years. Mr. He started his career as Graduate Engineer in Ove Arup and Partners from 2008.
Mr. He graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and majored in Building Services Engineering and also received his MPhil of Real Estate and Construction from the University of Hong Kong.

Chaik Ming is the Chief Executive Officer of Forchn International and Forchn Real Estate Fund Management Company.
Prior to Forchn, Chaik was the General Manager – Downstream New Business Development and Commercial Director at Shell China and Regional General Manager – Asia Pacific & Middle East for Shell Marine Products from 2008 to 2016. Before Shell, Chaik Ming was Temasek Holdings’ first Chief Representative for Shanghai. Prior to his posting in Shanghai in 2006, Chaik Ming spent six years in deal transactions and strategic portfolio development, focusing on the investments and management of companies in the transportation and logistics sector. As the cluster lead for aviation and logistics, he was responsible for strategic development of Temasek’s 3PL (third party logistics) company portfolio, including Sembcorp Logistics and Keppel Logistics. Before Temasek and INSEAD, he managed the confectionery cold chain for M&Ms/Mars China which included 26 warehouses and 6 regional distribution centres. He started his career as a design engineer with Hewlett Packard.
Chaik is reading his Doctorate at Singapore Management University. He is also an alumni of Harvard Business School AMP, INSEAD MBA and University of Alberta Engineering program. He also guest lectures at several leading universities on corporate finance, corporate governance, investment and strategy.

Ms. Wei Yingjie Ella is the Deputy CEO and Head of Treasury of Forchn International and Forchn Real Estate Fund Management Company.
Ms. Wei is responsible for all overseas fund raising and financing matters at Forchn International and Forchn Real Estate Fund level. Prior to joining Forchn Group, Ms. Wei was the Head of China Corporates for Wholesale Banking at China CITIC Bank International Singapore Branch. She was also responsible for the China desk business in Singapore. Ms. Wei has over thirteen years of extensive experience in corporate banking and credit risk management in both Singapore and Shanghai. She also has deep expertise in structured finance products, trade finance facilities as well as China’s cross-border regulations and RMB internationalization. During her earlier banking stint in Shanghai, she was actively involved in financing numerous landmark commercial building deals in China.
Ms. Wei graduated from Donghua University and obtained her Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
